Every time I travel with my photography gear I feel a little bit nervous. You wouldn’t believe how quickly things can happen!
You turn around for 15 seconds to pay for your coffee and someone has already snatched your camera bag or other belongings (it literally happened to me with my purse a few years ago).
Just as easily you could accidentally leave something behind when you’re out there on a photoshoot – maybe your external flash, or that little bag with your memory cards in it.
Stuff like this happens to people all the time and usually there’s nothing that can be done. When it’s gone, it’s gone and your only hope is that the finder will return it to a lost and found shop.
