[DIY] You Can Make Your Own Version Of This $350 Lighting Tool For Only $30 AND It Looks Totally Professional
The Westcott Ice Light is a handheld, dimmable, daylight continuous LED. It’s very popular with photographers and very expensive – it costs $350. If you’re working on a budget, or if you’d only like to try this type of light for a certain photoshoot, you may find the price a little too high for you.
I have such a long list of camera lenses and other photography accessories that I want to get, so whenever I can find a good DIY and make some of the equipment myself, I’m over the moon. After all, I’d rather use the $350 on a lens or save it for a new camera body!
