Mark Wallace is giving us an example of how to get a beautiful image by using a long exposure at night.
In this video by Adorama TV, Mark is using a Leica M Digital Rangefinder Type 240 with a Leica 21mm f/3.4 Super Elamr-M ASPH lens and a B + W 46mm #106 1.8 (64X) Neutral Density filter to keep his ISO low and reduce the noise in the final image. To make sure his camera won’t shake during the long exposure he has a Cullmann 50081 Magnesit Copter Multi-Tripod and a remote cable release for the shutter.
