How To Master Photography Composition (And Forget About The Rule Of Thirds)
Do you feel like you need to freshen up your photography a little? I do. When you photograph certain subjects or places over and over again, you start to feel like every new image just repeats the same old pattern.
I love children’s portraiture and over the years I’ve taken pictures of some of the most beautiful little humans on this Earth. While I’ve chosen a different location and background for all of my photoshoots, I’ve started to notice a pattern in my images. It seems that many of them have the same composition (too many, if you ask me). If I were to put them all together, I’m sure most people wouldn’t even realize the similarity as they would be focused on the different colors, backgrounds, style etc. But it bothersĀ me, and that’s why I need to do something about it.
