Are You Using Stock Photo Sites? You Need To Read This For Your Own Good
Quite upsetting news this week, as we hear of the copyright infringement law suit against one of the most valued stock photo sites; Getty Images. Photographer Carol M. Highsmith is suing “the big guys” for $1 billion, alleging Getty Images are “falsely and fraudulently holding themselves out as the exclusive copyright owner”, in addition to unlawfully charging licensing fees.

I hate Getty Images. They have bought out all the “little guys” over the years and jack prices way up. Would tickle my heart to see them lose this lawsuit.
