Gary Fong is the inventor of the Lightsphere which is an awesome modifier.
You can check out his website for his collection of light modifiers. You’ll also see the results from using the Lightsphere which are quite impressive. The one thing he doesn’t do is take these flashes off camera but it is a great comparison for those time when shooting off camera is not an option.
