Would that photo be great if the depth of field were just a little more shallow?

[Video Tutorial] Have you ever wished you shot an image with more depth of field? It’s frustrating to have a background ruin what would otherwise be a great image. If you have an image that’s lacking depth of field you can create a creamy, rich, blurry background after the fact with Photoshop and this quick video.

In this video you’ll learn how to use the magnetic lasso tool and the pen tool to make a selection and remove a subject from the background. There are other ways of doing this but I do think this is one of the first ways of making selections you should learn.
