This is a video by photographer Phillip McCordall that illustrates some advanced lighting techniques
In this video he mixes both continuous and flash/strobe lighting. He also mixes color to achieve these beautiful images that create motion blur completely in camera. You can create a similar effect in Photoshop which we will cover in another video at a later time.
