Lensbaby’s newest lens is the Velvet 56 a 56mm f1.6 that can also shoot 1:2 macro. It’s manual focus and will be available for both mirrorless and slr cameras. The Velvet has an all metal body and will come in both black and silver.
At brighter apertures, the lens delivers a velvety, glowing, ethereal look to portraits, and digital images take on a film-like, organic quality.
