Any photographer who has ever shot into the sun has at some point found some unwanted and annoying lens flare in one of their favorite shots.

If you’re not familiar with the term lens flare is when you find brightly colored shapes or streaks of light overlaying your image. For example I frequently use wide angle Rokinon 14mm f2.8 lens to shoot beach sunsets near my home here in Southern California.

Nothing’s worse then the perfect moment that’s ruined by lens flare. There’s no second chance at capturing that exact moment again.
